ACQUIRING A PIECE

Is every piece authentic?
Yes. Every item presented by Scenarios Logacy is personally selected and examined before entering the collection. Whenever applicable, pieces are accompanied by internationally recognised certifications, expert reports or documented provenance.
Do your gemstones include certificates?
Yes. Many of our gemstones and fine jewellery pieces are accompanied by certifications from internationalty respected laboratories, including ALGT (Antwerp Laboratory for Gemstone Testingl. alongside additional documentation whenever available.
Are your pieces limited?
Most of them are. Many works are one-of-one acquisitions or strictly limited editions that cannot be reproduced once sold. Once acquired, they permanently leave the Gallery.
Can I reserve a piece?
Selected pieces may be reserved for a limited period following direct contact with our Gallery, Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been completed.
Do you negotiate prices?
Certain exceptional works may be open to private discuesion. If you are interested in acquiring multiple pleces or an important collection, we invite you to contact us directly.

Can I return my purchase?
Due to the rarity and collectible nature of many pieces, returns are considered on a case-by.case basis. We encourage collectors to contact us before completing their acquisition if additional information or photographs are required.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Although exceptionally rare, every shipment is insured. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we may resolve the matter immediately.
